Actually, there may be a problem with the registered
"aka" names as listed on the Secretary of State's web site (and the OC
Registrar of Voters, too). Neither one has my name without the
hyphen (the dash), and the SoS listed "Mark
H-R" twice instead of once and "Mark HR" once.
So, when you go to the polls, ASK for the official list of write-in
candidates (they have to give you one) and get my name from there so
you can pick a spelling that they'll accept. I'd prefer "Mark Hull-Richter" or at least "Mark H-R" but I'll take whichever
one you pick.
Just one thing: REMEMBER THE HYPHEN!
(And remember that a hyphen is a dash,
not an apostrophe or single quote.)
Thanks!
